When I first visited the office in Pune, I was pleasantly surprised to find the work exceptionally brilliant. I was given a token and ushered into an a/c waiting room. I thought it would take at least more than an hour, but I received my number within twenty minutes. There were around 8 counters. The personnel were courteous, professional, and willing to help. Today I had the last tranche of work. As my number came closer there was a lunch break. I experienced serendipity when one of the personnel suggested that I could have food in their canteen. The food was exceptionally great. It was an Epicurean delight and was ridiculously reasonable. I would like to specifically mention Mr. Ashraff and Mr. Sunil Lahane who sympathetically considered my case. I was a representative for my relative whose pension has not yet been triggered. Finally, the matter was brilliantly resolved by Mr. Pankaj Pande the concerned person. There has been discernible change in the working of government offices.
