Hi I am shailendra singh I am using this product from past 4 months but its not looks to impressive to gain anything I am using it from my brother advice he is also using it for 4 months it’s not looks like a very effective product for body muscles and for weight gain it’s looked like just a ordinary product it’s cost price is starts with rs 180 and its goes so on according to its quantity but its not works according to its price its packing is also not looks so attractive and usefull its flavor is looks good in use we can use either with milk and water also but its not able to do any type of change in our body its just a ordinary powder to use and its not as useful according to its price so I am not happy to recommend this product because eits not looks so useful for people and its not very useful for everyone. .
