First time was good, staff is very friendly but services are not value for money, products strictly don’t buy from there, I bought expensive products for hair treatment and results are pathetic and they won’t respond even if their product is defective, I received kerastase hair serum pack with broken cap and no one’s ready to exchange or give better answer and they will charge 5% extra for experienced - senior personnel service, I mean ain’t the person providing you services good and experienced, the whole idea of charging 5% is absurd, they have written their price for all services and prices are quite high anyway. Regreting for paying for membership in enrich. Not worth it.
