I had an opportunity to work with EON from 2012 to 2015 as a part time tutor. It indeed was a to teach a student and be their guide towards excellence. As a tutor EON is always a best company to work with. They do not charge anything from tutor for providing the assignment neither they take any share from monthly salary. Only thing EON expects from you as a teacher is commitment and dedication for teaching. Eon is only helping tutor and not charging anything from tutor’s salary to create a win-win situation, wherein teacher remains motivated because their salary is not being cut and student gets good class from a motivated tutor. However Eon does not force any teacher to teach any place. And if the teacher leaves in between, Eon provides another tutor to the customer. It is also the responsibility of the tutor to collect their fee from parent directly. It works as a self balancing system.
