Hey guys! I’m a ex- employee of this company and I just want to share my experience with that place, i’ll point each and everything I faces one by one.
Food- You have to compulsory take the tiffen from their vendor you are not allowed to take food from outside or from any other vendor and that food was tasteless and expensive also I got tified after eating that dirty food.
Salary- Deduction in salary of half day for even 1 min late punching, they deduct massive amount if the targets were not completed. Also you have to work almost 12-14 hours for a salary of just 11000rs only
Working Environment- It was just like hell, everyone near by you not talking with they are almost shouting on your ears, you are not allowed to take any break of even 2 mins, manager almost shouting or sometimes use abusive language if the targets was not complete.
Bond- They will sign a bond when you will join and after frustrate with this environment you left the job they will sue you in the court also with a heavy amount.
I also left the job after 2 months as its not possible to work at that place which is almost hell. Then they sue me in the local court along with 30 person of my batch who also left the job. As I’m a common man who dont have many contacts I decided to pay the amount and for settlement the had taken my 1 month salary of 12000 also the 5000 rs cash.
I advice every single person who is searching job not to go there as they will misuse you.
