EPrompter - its easy ..easy like Sunday morning...

http://www.eprompter.com

Yeh ePrompter kya hai ?

ePrompter(ep) lets one automatically & simultaneously checks and retrieves your email messages from up to sixteen password protected email accounts!!! One click of update button and it launches all email-ids and its FREE.

Yes I am talking of Yahoo, Hotmail, Rediffmail and more than 100’s of other domain names ..for a complete list of domains, check out the following link

https://eprompter.com/email.htm

Once new messages have been retrieved, ePrompter notifies you the same, email-id wise and also tells you the nos. new messages you have from each domain yipeeeeee ....

So as you have a cuppa of Tea, a simple click will retrieve all the mails ..and you have your complete mail status in a matter of few seconds/minutes.

Arre baba tell me how it works ?

First of all it is very easy to install and use ..Bole to ekdum jhakaaaas

Once you have installed the software (appx. 900kb) - the wizard guides you else click on menu-> new account. A small window appears asking you to enter the email address for which you want to retrieve emails.

Next it asks you your login, password and your account type (yahoo, pop3, usa.net etc). Hey its done .... Of course you need your internet connection setup ;--)

You can also setup a very rudimentary address book.

Further setup includes:

~ Scheduling you can define the interval at which you want ep to fetch mails or one can do it manually also.

~ Notification How do you want ep to tell you - it can jingle!! It has some options for screen savers as well.

~ Connection It will ask some details about your internet connection/ proxy

For each email account you can define seperate colors or text.

Aur Kya Bhidooo ...

So now you can view(text format) all your emails at leisure even if you are not connected to internet (as mails once retrieved are stored in your boxes).

Next you can reply / forward emails at your leisure from any of these accounts.

Spam/Junk mails can be very easily deleted now without logging on to your web mail’s site.

Its got extensive help documentation.

Version upgrades are provided free of cost.

Forums for ePrompter are available at ..though I have never used it, you might:

I have been using it for the past one year and am more than satisfied - STRICTLY TO BE USED ONLY ON PERSONAL COMPUTERS

I highly recommend it ..especially for users having more than 2/3 accounts and expecting high volume of emails.

Any further questions regarding the above can be posted at forums but do read the exhaustive FAQ first ..Happy eprompting friends.
