The worst customer support

I made a customer service request on 29/11/2023 as my Epson printer was not working, which is within the warranty period.


I was told that they could not attend on 29/11/2023 and 30/11/2023, but, the service person would attend on 01/12/2023. Hence, today, I had been calling their office since morning, but, no one was picking up the calls and ultimately they attended the call at 1.30 pm. The lady at the other end was very arrogant and she told that today no one could attend and will try to send someone tomorrow i.e. 02/12/2023. I had been waiting at homefor 2 full days thinking that the service person would turn up at any time. I had escalated this through their on-line service escalation. However, that is also unattended even after 24 hrs.


If this is the service support they are giving during the warranty period, I can’t imagine what would it be after the warranty period. I guess they are trying to extend it beyond the warranty period.


The printer started raising issues soon after I bought it. If there is no service also, I would not recommend anyone to go for this product.
