I wish to express my utmost dissatisfaction in your product and customer service.
I Bought an Epson L310 Printer online from amazon.in on 21 July 2017.
The item didnt work(no power) and I contacted Epson on their service line on 28 July 2017 - complaint no 3776929.
Their service engineer visited my place on 29 July 2017, registered a DOA on the printer and recommended a replacement of product based on his inspection(Customer No IN7004285472) Service centre MSP04 Brisk Automation A/2, Amardeep Dattaram Lad Marg, Kala Chowki, Mumbai. He mentioned that the replacement would reach me in 3-4 days.
I called Epson helpline again yesterday(4/8/2017) to enquire on the status. They stated that it was on the way and should reach me today.
I called the service centre on 5/8/2017(whose no was procured from the Epson helpline - 022 24700618, 24708949) and spoke to their supervisor - Mr Basu on 9930826626 who stated that if the product was bought online from Amazon, it would not be serviced and that I am expected to buy Epson products in a regular store and not online.
You will appreciate that this is unacceptable and I expect you to provide a full refund for a DOA product which apparently has no warranty/ won’t be serviced.
