Dear friends, I have purchased this Epson printer for commercial purpose.But when I have chosen this product my friends told me this is a cheaper cost of print rate.I have impressed their words that’s why I have bought the product at the price of 10000/- rupees.I am using this printer since 50 days.The Epson brand is new in India.I have faced some issues with this printer.That is like Technical errors like if I give print from my computer it will be showing like not detected you printer like that.I have installed the driver software again and again after then its worked fine.Coming to the maintenance is the low cost of printing.
Paper Handling- This is like as laser printer handling.
Easy of use- A Little bit different when compared to Hp, canon printers.
Print speed - Taken long time for color prints and black and white is fast printing.
Service & Support - Coming to the service is worst because the service centers are very less.If you are facing any defect you have to wait atleast 15days of time.Because of don’t have spare parts in service centers.Only they have placed orders whatever product we required that’s why its taken long time.
Range of features - Average features are there no new features are there like wifi printing or Bluetooth printing
options.
Verdict- If you want to use commercial purpose don’t go for this if you are a normal user then you can go for this.
