Hi I am using this printer more than 2 years in my house work, there is nothing to report any problems, nice looks on my working table.

Pros: it is easy to use and maintenance also available online, if you have any quiry, there is better online response from the costomer care. Best A4 coppier as black and white and as colour, it is provide printout at very low cost, no one like this, Cons: some improvement needed,
1 It should increase the speed of printing,
2 It can not print on OHP slide sheet, HP printer can do it.
3 The colour of photographs printed on photo paper blanchs after some weeks, ink is not reliable
Afterall I like the printer very much because its refill available at low price.
