This model is what comes to mind when you want a scan-cum-print device with replaceable ink cartridges. I would say that is a brilliant introduction in the inkjet printer range by epson.
It’s been almost about 4 months since I have been using this device, and it runs pretty smooth.
EFFICIENCY:
One of the best I have used till date. I print almost about 10 full size a4 photos per month. and the ink tanks have become just half after 4 months of use. That’s brilliant ink usage.
PRINT QUALITY: Clearly epson has left no compromise in this section. Speedy yet high quality printouts are a breeze.
Value For Money: Yes! This printer is every damn bit suitable for a person with budget constraints.
However I have been facing a problem with this device when exclusively printing with black ink. Some horizontal bands are coming up, and upon head cleaning multiple times, it still doesn’t get better. I haven’t contacted the customer service yet. Hopefully this is not a major issue.
