This printer is a such a good one. Its a Compact size and good performance.
I have not refilled the cartridge yet bit the original one is working well. Print quality is very good and software is very user friendly with a lot of options for customization.
Not facing any heating problem till now.
No jamming till date. So a thumbs up from me at this price. its a complete lazer printer, good printing in less time and jam free print.cheap refilling. good customer support by ricoh. Fast printing!
Still counting how many pages can be print for this one cartridge.
Product design also very nice. Overall satisfied.
