I bought this printer in June aprox 2 months now from the day 1 it is not working, I book compliant so many times every time new engineer comes play 20/30 mins as my office is there training center and go
when I call to there Ahmadabad regional office the mAnasultanger started misbehaving and rude language against what I book a complain on call center but no reply or nothing done yet
I assure this is a fraud and cheater company where engineer comes and give in writing that there is hardware fault and company says nothing wrong such companies should be avoid
if you have any question or which proof kindly drop a email to me I will send u details don’t ever buy anything form such companies
