When the product was used by me for the very first time it was quite satisfactory but then after, the performance of the product started getting worst day by day. The product started to
encounter issues like paper jam, problem in WiFi connectivity as well as the printing speed dropped.
After very few prints around 5-6 in number the quality of the prints begin to be dropped drastically, as they started getting gaps .
Its multiple page scanner feature is quite useless as it does not worked at all. It usually gets stuck while doing multiple prints and every time needs to be switched on and off to make it work.
Also when I refilled and installed the product the message "ink charging not complete " was being displayed and the product is now of no use for me.
So, it is not performance efficient at all and whole of your money investment is going to be wasted.
