I recently got this for a very reasonable 3.3 k. The printer is very compact and light and very suitable for my once in a while personal use. The prints are pretty crisp and scan quality is decent. The inkdividual cartridges that can be replaced for 250/= each are very economic to maintain and are ideal for people with small printing requirements.
Updated..Based on popular demand and having been used the product for some more time, I am adding more to this review.The speed of print is a little on the slower side but for the price I find it pretty ok. The quality of print is excellent, specially in the best quality setting. Though in this setting the speed reduces a bit.
About the ink , yes the black cartridge does deplete a bit fast but then this is not for commercial or regular use and mind it, the cartridge size is small and comes at ~ 240/= whereas any other brand would be ~600 minimum.The one touch black and white text copy feature is something I find really handy.
I would specially recommend this to those who want a scanner with occasional printing requirements at a low price.In all a very good product from Epson.
Update....4 years and still working great though used sparingly. Now got the refillable cartridges from ebay that are 20 times cheaper and work as great as original. Turned out to be an excellent buy
