I am reserve member since 2017 having paid Rs 3.00 L to subscribe to all of thir services.
In the introductory message , COI Mr. Goel that every query from reserve member will be given top most priority and query answered within 48 hours.
I posted one query three weeks back and despite several reminders and sweet copy and paste reply from them , my query is not answered yet.
