Last year I joined Ericsson India Global services. I work for the R&D section of Ericsson. The company is like a government company. If anyone in a service company is fed up with too much workpressure and work-life imbalance can very well join the company. Their wont be any challenging work here.
People here talk more do less work. Company is a completely unorganized. They use very old technologies. Onsites are very rare to get and that too if you are a developer their is no chance.
