I had been working as a Permanent employee in EIL. I had a very big worst experience in this company. If you a re a straight forward and not willing to butter the in the manager’s ss you can not work here.
Always non buckets( Non ss lickers of Manager)spyed by an as licker of manager. in the same team you will find spies and all the matters that you disclose with one of the spy( in your team members) will be immediately informed to your managers. at the same time during resignation you will find very hard time by the manager . the managers are there are really unfit to be a manager.
