Hi, I would never suggest you to join ericsson, if you do have any telecom experience. Moreover you will not have much exposure to new technologies which are prevalent in market.
You will keep on working on only one technologies. Administration department is also not good. Their campus is good but the quality of food which vendor serve here is pathetic.
Moreover their new campus is too far in gurgaon. No one is happy there.
