I am writing this to let you all know that if ever you want to subscribe to Eros now to watch movies or series please don’t.
I am sharing my experience here so that you are aware how this company is looting people in the name of subscription. I had taken the service for Eros now to only use it for a month or 2. Since I have been using prime and Netflix I was confident that once I cancel my subscription with Eros, I will not be charged. So one day I cancelled the subscription on the website. Later I came to know that Eros is still debiting my card on a monthly basis although the service was cancelled. I wrote an email to the team to bring this to their attention. After 2 days I get an automated reply that we will look into the matter and your issue will be resolved. This month again they charge my card for the subscription, I have no idea what this company is up to.
Please be aware don’t sign up for Eros now you will find your self in trouble if ever you wish to cancel the service.
