Express Avenue Parking Charges

Hi friends today iam going to share the most and eighth biggest mall in India by size and its very largest. I wonna tell you the charges which they are collecting for vechles two wheeler and four wheeler.

  1. The money which you pay, Rs 200 rupees in this case, is only a rent which you pay to the mall so that they give you a place to park your vehicle.

  2. If you are not ready to pay this, you can always park your vehicle anywhere outside the mall.

  3. Since the availability of parking places are very limited outside the malls, they are capitalizing on this.

  4. If you are in Chennai, it is very common for people to park their Bikes in Sathyam Cinemas ( Parking Charge - Rs 20) , walking 500 meters and watching a movie at Escape Cinemas in Express Avenue.

  5. In normal days for vehicles first three hours they are collecting Rs 150 and next every one hour collecting Rs 50.

  6. In a weekends for first three hours they are collecting Rs 200 and next for every one hour they are collecting Rs 100.

  7. This is what happening in a big malls in anywhere.

  8. These have to be notice that very high in weekends rush will be high and that time parking charges have to reduce.

  9. Interchange the normal days charges in weekends. And weekends charges in normal days. It is very useful to us.
