Escotel mobile cellular service is the worst service provider in kerala. I am a customer for 3 years and that too postpaid.
Let me discuss the cons first as they are too many
If u are a traveller escotel has very poor coverage.
Very difficult to call bsnl. They say network busy...but the fact is they don’t want u to call BSNL
Their service is atrocious (can u please get me a worser word). They try to make a fool of the customer. You have to explain ur problem each time everyday from their attender to the md. And, in the end your problem is unsolved
Roaming charges are exorbitant.
They change their schemes too often
Pros:
- Their bills are accurate
The problem with them is their competition is not good...reliance tries to cheat people and airtel and bpl has some coverage issues.
So for time being we have to suffer this’’ service?? oriented company’’. Are they joking.
