I have tried Escotels Mobile service (post paid) for 6 months. The worst nightmare I could ever have!
Customer care cell wont just listen to your problem. You call them and tell your grievences n number of times. They wont do anything. Call them next day and repeat your story. You get some assurances, but of no use. The bill is delivered to you 2 days before the pay by date. Leave apart the big blunders they do in the bills. Once it rains and network is gone for minutes.
They claim that all the updates and tariff changes are aired by SMS. But I think they are partial with me!!
Guys, go for this only if you have no other choice.
