Beware!!! Don’t ever join this company. It is one of worst company in NCR. They try their best to grab benefits of the employee.
These days salaries are being given in last week. So the salary which should have been transferred on 1 of every month are transferred by 28 or 29th. The idea is simple to block the salary of employee. They do not even release full and final amount. I have left company more then 6 months back but I am still waiting for the full and final amount.
They have kept one number as free which no body picks up if you call to company to talk with HR or Finance people, the receptionist transfers the call to that number. It keeps on ringing and ringing but no body will pick it up. Even if by some how you get their mobile number, they will not reply you unless you call from a new number.
Employees are hired and fired everyday. They keep on hiring employees when they expect the project but if they don’t get it, the employee is fired. LTA and variable are some how never released. I know people who have been waiting for LTA and variable for more then 8 months. And if you leave the job you will not get anything.
