Okay, Im a female and I like sports...SOME sports. I just cant get into baseball or even basketball very much (This College Basketball stuff is a real pain!)Professional football and hockey is another story though! I know theres a lot of other sports out there than just what they show on ESPN but theyre usually limited to the above unless you watch on weekends when youll see bowling, golf, and car racing added to the lineup...
Ill be fair...my significant other watches this channel seemingly ENDLESSLY, but Ill still be fair. They DO provide the most accurate news and updates in the sportsworld...they DONT have much of a variety in regards to other sports in the world (Just by chance if I would want to check out a Cricket match, Id have to pay like US $20 to see it on Pay-Per-View...dont think so)They DO have live events like press conferences as they happen...they DO show the same stories and news every half hour (once is enough for me, thanks)...they DO have a really good and informative website ( https://espn.com)...they DO have a sports ticker to keep up with all scores running all the time (except during commercials)...okay so all in all I guess its a good channel to watch...I just cant see watching it all the time like my husband does. To me thats like watching CNN or something all the time-gets BORING after the first time you see everything.
Good channel for the avid sports fanatic (like my husband), not so good for those of us like me that only like a couple sports and teams. I guess it all depends on your preference :o)
