I received gift from a friend but within 10-11 months of the using the watch that too on weekends as it was casual watch. belt gave up with crack & latter broke into two pieces, I had never imagined that Rubber Belt which looked very strong & sturdy will break into pieces.
Story does not end here then tried finding replacement all over Pune but had no luck, then the very reputed authorised service center suggested that they can order the belt if I deposit advance money but after over 6-7 months wait had to choose a leather belt as substitute.
Distributor of Esprit watch brand in India does not believe in service & are one of the most pathetic; I trust the brand itself must be pathetic & does not believe in after sales service. please don’t buy Esprit Brand Watches!
