I booked 4 night pakage for 8 to 12 november. unfortunately there is nothing that shows on web sight. I have spend rs.18600 for my family divali vacation but it spoil my vacation. first of all no one from resort came to pick up me on air port. I call my travel agent and after one hour resort taxi came. Resort is 41 k.m away from air port. after reaching resort I saw that we have been cheated. Estrela Do Mar Beach Resort is not 3 star but 0 star property. it is nothing but guest house. rooms are small and dirty. we paid for executive room but we got standard room. no one was taking in good manner. food is horrible. cockroach was running in my room.
Swimming pool is very small and water is dirty. I have to say that this is by far the worst and dirtiest place I have ever stayed in.Estrela do mar has to be the worst! Please do not be fooled by the photos that you see on the internet. These are put on by the hotel. Any positive comments (pretending to be visitors or guests)seen are also most probably put up by the hotel management...........all lies.
Above all u cannot leave hotel after 6.30 pm because entire area looks like slum area and there is no one up to main road which is 750 meter away. Road entering Estrela is always flooded with sewage........very hazardous to health. I became fool by staying Estrela do mar if u want to be idiot stay there otherwise find another good resort.
