First of all the ETECHIES.IN is a fraud company. I am badly cheated by them (Pune center). I lost my Rs. 5420/-. I registered in "Etechies.in" to repair my laptop. The engineer from etechies came and saw my laptop. He told me that there was virus issue, it would be easily rectified. I paid him Rs 1360/- . The engineer assured me that the laptop would be fully functional and I don’t need to pay any extra amount. I believed his words and gave my laptop to him.
There was no reply from them. After 10 days I called them about the status of my ticket. Till that time nothing started for my ticket. However they called me after few days and told me that they want to do revolving my laptop and for that I have to pay Rs. 4500/-. I denied that day and told them to call me next day. Next day they called me and told me that my video IC needs to be changed instead of revolving. But the strange part was there to replace the Video IC , I have to pay same amount Rs. 4500/-.
That means the price(Rs. 4500/-) is same but only they created new reason. As I needed my laptop urgently, I agreed to Pay the amount Rs 4060/-( they reduced the amount from 4500 to 4060). After getting my laptop I saw my battery was not charging.My reference Number is 83579. They don’t have any skillful engineer. There are lots of inconsistency what they tell.
I SUGGEST ALL THE READERS DON’T TAKE ETECHIES’S SERVICE. THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY. I LOST MY RS. 5420/-.If by mistake you give your laptop to them definitely they will take money from you at any reason.
