There is absolutely no connection between tech team and customer care . Customer care just promises things and they never deliver things . I had a huge delay in delivering stuffs to you . They over charge for components , compared to online charges. They need to improve a lot.
After lot of calls I got my laptop . But I do not see much change in here apart from the software updates. They have a good team , but there is no coordination . Probably a good management who would shake it up a bit would make them a good service .
For now, its definitely average .
