These guys are awesome! The fan on my Sony Vaio laptop stopped working. I took the laptop to have it fixed on a Tuesday and I picked it up on Friday that same week! Whereas when I contacted with the company people directly it was going to take 2-6 weeks. I’m so happy with the service I received. They called me when my laptop was ready to pick up and they even gave me back the old fan without my asking for it.
I thought that was a nice touch. They don’t sell computers so you know you won’t face any pressure to buy a new computer unless it’s really the best or only option for you. The 5 stars are definitely warranted for this business. You will not be disappointed with them.
