They re cheats! I had a problem with my laptop...and I one of etechies rep came to my house and checked it by opening it in front of my eyes(called it on site repair and it costs 1300 for no reason)..
He then took it to his office saying it was a hardward problem and he couldn’t repair here...for 2 weeks I tried reaching them...They never attend ur calls..NOT ONCE! You ll be spoken by a cool-voiced girl only if they choose to reach you..
Plus they replaced my heat sink system for a cost of Rs.2700 of pure copper which I later realized is worth 1500.. Their fancy clothes, ID card and step by step update through their website is all just a show-off! if only I was careful could have proven that they have tampered with my laptop, I wudda f**king sued them and screw them real bad...
Now I have a graphics problem post this...the new service centre say they have been replaced by a new low grade one and it would cost 1.5k to 2k for the same...My best advice would be to go to the official laptop service center of you’ re brand, whatever be the price.
