Please don’t ever give your computer / laptop for service to them. I gave my laptop few weeks back for "battery not getting charged through laptop" issue. They kept coming back to me with wrong diagnosis. I had to follow up so many times as they wouldn’t give any regular status. Finally, they couldn’t figure out what the problem is and kept saying the battery is the issue.
I very well know that my battery is fine as I was able to charge it on another laptop. They returned my laptop without fixing the issue but didn’t agree to refund. The worst part is I had to spend many hours speaking with their customer service and technical support team every day through all this.
My best advice, your neighbourhood computer service person would do a better job that these guys.
