The services provided by the people at Etechies is awesome. But the people at the call center are very rude in speaking if certain thoughts of customer and theirs don’t meet. If this goes on it would be a great disadvantage for Etechies.
They should focus in that area whereas the services provided towards the complaints are really very good. thus by looking in an overall perspective they can improve their services to get more customers.
The customer relationship manager was very kind and helped a lot in solving the problem and so was the engineer, Mr.Munindra from the remote team.
