It was my worst experience for life.I traveled from US to Pakistan and from Pakistan to US.While coming back from Karachi flight get delayed for 1 hour.We missed our connecting fligto United states which was also an Etihad.Customer service was worst at Abu Dhabhi.They didn’t gave us any hotel.we stayed at the airport 24hrs as we were having next flight after 24 hours.After 24 hours they told us flight is delayed because of fog.All day they were displaying on the monitor that flight is delayed and they didn’t tell at what time it is supposed to leave.
In this manner flight was cancelled for 3 days.We had spent 3 days on the terminal.and finally on the fourth day I took the flight to US.In 72 hours of stay we were never be offered hotel or any accommodation.Customer service was so bad It was just like we are at the cinema and buying tickets out side.Please never ever try this airline.
