Our family was returning from Sanfransisco to Chennai on 10th Feb 2016 through ETIHAD AIRWAYS. We had gone through a horrible experience which I am posting here so that others can take precautions when they travel
This is the second time I am travelling with ETIHAD Airlines - Both was bad
a) No guidance for connecting flights at NewYork
b) Flight from NewYork to Abudhabhi was 12 hour flight where the toilet were not clean
c) One good thing was one of the crew of EY 100( Ms.Swetha was very cool, helpful, smiling and caring) . Her services was excellent even when the whole situation was a chaos) This was the only good thing in the whole travel
d) When we reached Chennai our one bag had got damaged. Till now there is no reply from them on that.
My suggestions for long flight do not book ETIHAD as their service is poor.( I have travelled in other airways where it was much better)
For the baggage, this is the second time it is happening for me and there is no response and I do not know what to do.
Take care while travelling long flights
