All of their agents at O’Hare airport in Chicago are neglect. They are terrible with no smiles on faces, on her way back to the States on DXB airport they gave my daughter the hell of a time. Told her she cannot get on aircraft because she doesn’t carry my credit card, listen to that. They want her to carry MY CREDIT card. They are very obnoxious, terrible and idiots.
Trust me, don’t give them your business, and you will regret if you do.
