We has made a compliant on 3rd may and today 11th May, no response, till now. From the customer support executive till the VP they are okay in hearing whatever customer tells, but they will not take any action to resolve. Always they will tell will resolve before 6 pm, just to push the ticket to next day.
Calling any of the managers will not make any progress. So there is no need to call them, they are operating like a Govt. organization.
