The worst product money can buy

I bought a Eureka Forbes Ace vacuum cleaner on 21st January. And it is the worst experience I have had till now with any new product. The sales person made me a fool in selling me such a useless and low quality product. I spend about 8000 RS. and it stopped working after 2 weeks. I complained to the customer care department. After spending my money to make numerous calls, a technician came to my house. Eureka Forbes never gets it right (with their product and service) and the technician was from Aqua Guard. Only god knows how Vacuum cleaner turned to Aqua Guard when the call was transferred from Customer care to service dept. That guy didn’t have any idea about vacuum cleaner (not sure whether he had any idea about Aqua Guard too!!!)


Again after numerous calls, they sent another technician. He took the machine to their service centre. I was insisting on the machine being replaced and Eureka Forbes agreed initially.They returned the machine saying it is a new one but I could make out that it was the old one. The service person was even insisting that my old machine was useless and it has been replaced. Eureka Forbes is expert in fooling people and they will go any length to do that. The first time I used the blower after the machine was repaired, there was a weird noise. I again complained to the customer care department. It has been a week since this happened and no one has bothered to come and check this. I call up customer care everyday and I get the same answer- it will be done today (again fooling people).


If anyone of you are thinking of buying a vacuum cleaner, don’t even consider Eureka Forbes. Any locally made machine will be better than this.
