Eureka Forbes has the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen in my life. Our new vacuum cleaner (within warranty) is not working for the past 30 days and in spite of registering the complaint 28 days back. They are just delaying the process of replacing the motor....none of the service guys turn up.
I even escalated to the 4th highest level over the internet (on their site) but no reply for the last 2 days. Can it get more worse?
