Its the most ridiculous, pathetic & very very non professional company in the entire whole world.
I have made a purchase of vacuum cleaner on 29th Sep is online website of eureka forbes. Reason being on other hopping site, there was no demo available for the product. After purchasing I got a call from eureka forbes about my order.(that was the only positive call i’ve got from them). They assured me to deliver my product by 3rd of Oct.
On 2nd Oct, these guys gave me a call mentioning that they cant deliver before 9th oct as they have recvd a large no. Of orders. I clearly asked them to either refund me my money or to deliver the order as promised. They register my request & informed me that I will recv a call from the concerned dept. Till date there are no calls.
Infact, m calling them every morning for updates, but no courtesy from them. I feel as if m the criminal n not them. I even started feeling that my product will not come n i’ve been conned by this so called huge & cheater company.
I wish I would have purchased this product from any other online shopping websit, I would have saved my money, time & energy which I have already wasted after this eureka forbes the biggest cheater company.
Guys, i’ve lost my inr 9490/- but have learned the lesson. Wish u guys dnt repeat the same mistake. If you guys need any help, do mail me.
