I purchased Euro Clean Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner made by Eureka Forbes. The motor failed immediately after warranty in less than two years. Service Engineer is not ready to fix it saying it is out of warranty.He also claims that motors can fail any time. Vacuum cleaners are supposed to give years of service.After long discussion service centre agreed to fix it for Rs 1100/ Even so called free service promised at the time of purchase is a myth.There are hidden intentions of charging heavily. Be careful.Motor is the heart of Vacuum cleaners. If it fails in less than two years how can we believe the company’s statement that their vacuum cleaner gives years of long service.Many accessories supplied are not used in our day to day work.But we pay for them.Sales persons coax you too much but service persons twist your arm at the time of repair. You are help less except listening to them.
