On 15-02-2006, Mr. Binesh Mathew (Sales person from Trivandrum office , code # 857185) came home for a Demo, and I have purchased a Eutroclean ACE on cash cheque. (Invoice Number :12343)
The sales rep offered me a gift as I have made the full payment of rupees 6590/- by a cheque dated 15-02-2006, to SBI branch.
After few days I came to know that the machine is defective as the double swivel hose from the machine is not fit properly to the telescopic adaptor provided with the machine.The telescopic adaptor is larger in DIA than the bent provided at the end of the swivel hose.The machine is absolutely useless for me.
Lodged a complaint to the Trivandrum center on 02.04.2006, they said they will send the technician the same day with the gift offered a moth ago..........but nobody turned up till 4.04.2004.
Called the trivandrum branch again on 4th , then they said the Quilon branch will attend my complaint ......Then I contacted Quilon branch but I have got irresponsible answers ....They asked me to contact Trivandrum branch for the gift .....Then I called the sales rep on his mobile, he said he is transferred to the Kottayam branch and he will send some one to my home with the gift and the part to replace .......but no one turned up.
Now I am making minimum 4 telephone calls to Quilon or Trivandrum service centers..(The sales rep switch off his mobile when I call) They always tells that the technician is on his way....
I learned a lesson now that never ever believe any salesperson and also do not allow them to enter my premises..... even if they tell that they are from Eureka Forbs.....
I am looking forward to return the unit and get my money back. I can buy a better (WORKING) one from other manufacurers.
