Terrible service

I started looking for a vacuum cleaner about three weeks ago and I made the mistake of advertising in Sulekha, I got some calls one was from a Eureka Forbes Sales person, he insisted on visitingme for a demo, he came home and showed me a turbo, which I did not want! Next he showed me Ace vacuum and explained that there is an exchange offer for the Ace.



He was very persistent and he brought down the price considerably to sell his product, this happened on a Thursday, he disappeared after that, so when I called him on Friday, he said that product will be delivered on Friday evening, the product was not delivered on Friday or Saturday and on Sunday I told him to cancel the order, they managed to deliver the product by evening, that was 10 days ago, until today they have not come to give me a demo or the warranty card or the invoice THANK God I did not pay them yet! This is the worst form of sales I have ever seen, I am wondering if they are so careless when they are selling what will their after sales service be like?


Someone please advise? Should I keep the product or return the same.
