Poor service

We have purchased 4 nos forbs aquaflo designa water purifier 12 months back for the use of employees in our organisation. The unit was installed by your service staff . in the first week itself all the four units didnt work properly. We contacted the service cell again and again, and finally one service person visited our works. He reported that the problem is due to inlet water pressure low. We rectified the water pressure but still the problem exist.


We have been complaining for the last 2 months to your customer care and dealer, that our water purifier isn’t working but none of the service person visited till last week. On last week the service person visted our works and checked the units and informed that the PCB are faulty in three units. We are still contacting them but the reply they give is’"they don’t have spare PCBs." This customer treatment by you is not fair. Now customers will think 101 times before opting for any of your products. We request you to take necessary action at the earliest.
