I purchased a eureka forbes acqua flow (acqua guard) some time ago. It has been a constant nightmare to get it serviced ever since then. They have a pretty prompt service helpline, but they dont send anyone to service your product. I have called/given feedback over and over, but nobody has come. Every time I call the helpline, I’m given an apology and I’m assured that someone will be coming over the next day.
This is something that has been going on for the past few years. This is inspite of my having an annual maintenance contract. I finally have to contact some local company to service it.
Even though their website assures you that there is a lot of service mechanisms in place, I know for a fact that what is mentioned there and also assured by the company is misleading. I would not recommend that anyone buy any eureka forbes products since they dont have any after sales service.
