Before buying any of the Eureka Forbes products, customers should consider maintaining the product on their own without the companys service support as it sucks big time!!! They literally harass their customers when we ask for what is due to us. They act as if its a monopoly market that customers have no other option except them. So beware!!! I had a terrible time with them from the time I purchased the product to reinstalling them; right from the sales executive Hemanth to service engineer Reddy to the call center executives (Raj/Seema/Shweta) who lack professionalism and ethics.
The name of the employees are immaterial as the entire organization lacks professionalism and committment.
