Misguding customers, Pathetic After Sales Service

Rely upon them to call you morning, noon and night . they will do anything to sell.But God help you if you ever need after sales service!


Firstly, I was wrongly advised into buying an Aquaguard Booster by the Kothrud, Pune sales office.  ( Somnath and Rahul) when they very well knew that our water supply was from a borewell.After we discovered the mistake, and asked them to replace the machine with a RO machine. But they again tried convincing us that the machine would work despite a 325 reading on their meter.


When we insisted on replacement and refused to succumb to their glib talk, they asked us to apply for the return of the machine online. A month has passed since we received the online acknowledgement and we are running from pillar to post. The sales people deflect the blame to "Head Office", service people say they are not responsible. Either nobody has a clue what needs to be done or(as I believe strongly) they simply don’t care.


I will never take Aquaguard again even if it comes free!
