Called Aquagaurd Eureka forbes service center GreatCare in Delhi told him that machine is short circuited . Technician visited twice but did not solve the problem for 6 days. Called on New Years eve and said that I will leave a negative feedback . Promised to send a technician in 1 hour. But in these 6 days some one could have got hurt due to the negligience of the service provider.
Poor service Did not see the criticality of the situation . Person on the phone said they can manage with short circuit . Playing with human lives. I think this situation should have been solved on priority
25 students dependent on this water supply and 2 workers operating it. I think there is a lack of awareness of customer service and big players like Eureka Forbes are taking their customers for a ride. Very poor service I would prefer small vendors who do not have a big name as they are not arrogant of their success. Humility is a must even though the comapany is very successful and has a big name. Because competitors are lurking around the corner
