Pathetic After Sales Service

The company did not provide a new candle for a month. As a result my grandmother has suffering from colitis. Its a good product but my experience with the service has been a nightmare.


Be very careful before you buy their product because the company does not seem to be having any sway over the franchisee holders. You are practically at their mercy when it comes to providing support and service or honoring the AMC.


Its an arduous task to contact the regional manager.....even more difficult to get them to act...There is a time delay of about 2-3 months before you will see a response....I would again say please find out about the franchisee service before you buy the product especially if you have elderly people in your home.....


It is the franchisee you have to deal with ultimately. And the company cannot wash their hands by blaming the franchisee for the poor service. These people normally take a lot of money before giving a franchisee to someone as security. They do not seem to be serious about the quality at all about the kind of service being provided by the franchisee holders.
