We had complained about the broken inlet pipe on 16th Oct-2015 - Request no. 83921829 there is no response from the company. Every time we call the helpline no 18602661177 to remind them, a new request no is generated on that day.
Thus, they are cheating the customers. What use is the AMC if a simple pipe cannot be replaced even after 8 days of follow up? They just promise to attend the complaint within 2 days, however a lot of follow up is required and the job is not done even after that. Absolutely no regards to customers health. Just manufacturing a good product is not sufficient, it has to be backed by efficient service.
